Terms & Condition of Free Prize Draw
  1. All information detailing how to enter this Free Prize draw form part of these terms and conditions. All rules are accepted as final and the entrants agree to abide by these rules. Submission of an e-mail address will be taken to mean acceptance of these terms and conditions
  2. Entrants must be over 18 years of age& a UK resident at time of registering.
  3. Members of Tastes of Bedfordshire, their employees or family members of employees or any person directly or indirectly involved in Tastes of Bedfordshire or the running of the prize draw or their direct family members & staff members of Business Growth at Central Bedfordshire Council, are not eligible for entry into the prize draw.
  4. Registration for the free prize draw opens on Monday 2nd November 2009 & closes on Sunday 13th December 2009.
  5. Only 1 entry per e-mail address.
  6. By registering your e-mail address you agree to receive regular newsletters from Tastes of Bedfordshire. You are able to unsubscribe at any time.
  7. Any incorrect details given or late entries will be disqualified.
  8. By entering the draw the winners agree to participate in such promotional activity & material as Tastes of Bedfordshire may require. It is a condition of entry that the winner’s name will be used for promotional purposes. This will only be in summary e.g. Mrs Smith from Bedford.
  9. Prize is non transferable & no cash alternative will be given.
  10. Pictures shown are purely representational & are not the actual prizes.
  11. Winners will be drawn at random on Monday 14th December 2009 & will be notified by e-mail on that day.
  12. Prizes to be collected by the winners at a time convenient to both parties by Friday 18th December 2009. Prizes will not be delivered unless the winner covers the costs of delivery.
  13. Due to the perishable nature of the contents of the Hamper the winner may be issued with a voucher in lieu of some of the contents. In this instance the winner will be required to arrange collection directly with the supplier. If delivery is required the supplier may charge for this, the cost to be met by the winner.
