The Wernher Restaurant is the original State Dining Room and Executive Head Chef, Kevin Clark, mirrors this grand setting in his menu.
The restaurant had been awarded two AA Rosettes within a very short time of being open. Our aim is to use the best of British produce to create dishes with a modern twist and it is our intention to source local produce and build a relationship with local suppliers to provide food which has farm-to-table traceability.
Housed in the Club House, The Adam's Brasserie offers a more informal dining experience with a light and contemporary décor.
