They breed and rear Aberdeen Angus cattle which they have just started to sell directly to the public in a presentation box of 1/8 (20kg) or 1/16 (10kg) of a whole animal. Each box contains all different cuts and joints of beef. All beef is hung for 21 days and is processed locally.
