They are always proud to say that they make ‘proper handmade pies'. They have 8 full time chefs that stand around tables making the products. They use local fruit, vegetables and locally sourced meat (chicken, beef, lamb, venison and rabbit). They also have a range of 12 meat pies that have a 12 day shelf life and 8 fruit pies that have a 14 day shelf life.

There Cornish pasties and vegetarian scotch eggs are both award winning products. All there pies freeze up to 12 months. There founder Enid Hill insists that only the best quality locally sourced ingredients should be used. She has allowed the use of ‘luxuries' such as food mixers and rolling pins, otherwise everything else would have to be done by hand. No mixes or powder are used in the gravy adding to the uniqueness of this product.
